OH yeah, they're monkeys.
I'm starting to think that humans are just a bunch of primates. I mean it seems like clearly we are descendant from other primates. But I mean even now, we still are, just like them. Cruelly we've gained the ability to see beyond our current state without gaining the advancements in our basic behavioral patterns to get there. we just form groups and beat each others brains out for pieces of the forest. We don't need reason or logic to make these distinctions, the pleasure we get from feeling like we're part of a group is enough to override any concerns like whether what we're doing makes sense, or is best for us or the human race. If we have to feel like part of a group, why not all of humanity? Or beings in the universe, or beyond? Wouldn't we make better decisions for everybody based on that outlook? But no. We just watch gossip (because we're so concerned with social interactions and standings in relation to others) we form groups arbitrarily and disparage others who we feel don't fit in with what we believe ourselves to be a part of. We fight and kill over differences of opinion, or for differences in the way we look, or where we popped out of a woman's belly (like in Alien). Instead of spending our time and money on refinement and advancement, most of it is spent in large tribal/territorial wars. Maybe our purpose now as a species is to create a new form of life that will actually make use of the knowledge we've discovered so far, without jabbing spears up each others arseholes first.

The cost of a mind.
Your mind is free. I mean, you didn't pay anything for it did you? Ironically that's exactly what you can do with it.

Just a thought
When you have too much stimulation you can get distracted from the important things.
and on an unrelated note,
I really like movies. In fact I think I could spend my whole life watching movies, and I'd never get anything else done haha

Wow.
wiki: A banana republic is a politically unstable country that economically depends upon the exports of a limited resource (fruits, minerals), and usually features a society composed of stratified social classes, such as a great, impoverished working class and a ruling plutocracy, composed of the élites of business, politics, and the military

MM hahagh
Linguistics is so complex looking. Yet also fascinating. I feel like I should learn it/want to learn it. Yet part of me is scared that I'll go through all the trouble of learning it and becoming the process of it, and then one day my brains will get blown out and it'll all be for nothing. haha
What do you think?
Then it would be all my knowledge time and effort, wasted into the street or a manhole or (o.k I"ll stop now).

We think we know so much...
We think we know so much...
to a mitochondria in one of our cells, our body may be "the universe"
What we think of as the universe may merely be a part of something much larger. Far too large for us to probably comprehend.
Because we don't know of anything beyond it.
That's it. That's what I'm saying.
About this subject.

No title
I don't feel like what country you come from is as important as what kind of person you are, but idk, maybe that's just me.
Or your genetic background, religion, ethnicity, economic background, current economic status, skin tone, eye shape, nose shape, hair color, weight, gender, sexual orientation...If you're a good person, you're a good person, right?
I mean, those don't necessarily determine who you are as an individual.

Oh, right.
Good morning guys. It's 8:16am here and I can't figure out for the life of me why I'm awake. Oh yeah that text message from Sprint reminding me my phone's about to be disconnected. Well I like to call that my "reminder to pay the bill." So thanks Sprint! While I take care of that, check out this rockin Drum and Bass beat.
Go bannanas!

Oooh yeahh
I REALLY like this song
That's all I have to say about it. So please listen to it. And Enjoy it yourself. Or hate it. Either way it's up to you!
Alright, I like this song. And apparently there are other things I don't like as much.
Now. It's like that time. So early in the morning...(10:33 am) agguuugh
Anyway, just when I think my life is over Old School Hip Hop comes back to save the day!
Oh Gosh...this is so good. What a rockin beat. And nobody has to be acting like a street level gangster. This is why I like Hip Hop. It's such a good venue for creation and creativity. For self expression. But most of what I hear on the radio is a bunch of street level thugs acting tough. That's why I seldom listen to the radio these days. It's probably one of the worst things that's ever happened to anything's representation in the media ever, because it influences impressionable kids to believe they have to be criminals or do bad things to other people in order to be cool. But they don't. It tells young black kids that this is the only way you can be accepted in the united states society. Not to try to aspire to be anything but another cocky gangster thug pimp without any aspirations to go further than your street corner. Unless you get their by being "gangster". I can't stand it.
O.k now that I've done ranting for a bit, check out this cool song! And just in case you think there is no good Hip Hop out there, go buy the Deltron 3030 album, and their new release promises to be good too.
Anyway, yeah this post was a little bit all over the place wasn't it? Hahaha

I'm supposed to title the posts too?
Hey guys here is my new blog. It's funny because now that I made it I feel like I don't have anything to write. Oh well! I guess I'll just wing it...hahaha
On a slightly more non serious (or serious) note (depending on which kind of serious we're talking about) here is one of my favorite tracks ever in my whole life of listening to sounds through my ear canals. This banging track was produced by RZA and is off of ODB's first solo album. One of Wu Tangs wildest and most creative talents, ODB shines on this track that blends a light and airy piano loop with a rocking drum back beat to create a sort of swaying militant marching drone frenzy..ice cream man. It's hypnotic and classic, and their rhymes flow together like butter. Hard edged and cleverly creative butter. Gold!!!
